lt’s always fun to try alternative, more budget-friendly ideas for pricey beauty necessities, right? So I wasn’t surprised when my right-brained girlfriend came up with the creative idea of substituting contact paper for her decollette pad.
I mean, it would cost practically nothing compared to the real thing that ranges from $28-$35 and needs to be replaced every 4-6 weeks. If you don’t know what a decollette pad is, oh girl, you don’t know what you’re missing!
You can read all about it here.
So she tested it out.
Not very attractive but of course there are many kinds of contact papers, even clear ones, so if this worked it would be a major score for sure!
FAIL. It was quite amusing, and I admit I peed my pants a little from laughing so hard, when she showed up to our barre class looking like this.
We’re hoping for a full recovery. Mission aborted and I’m quite tickled to make this my first Beauty Fail post. Thanks girlfriend!
